Opulence provides table set-up/tear-down, and logistics based on the clients’ needs. In the pre-planning stages, the Opulence team will create a 3D rendering of event layout options and share these proofs with our clients. Typically, clients will have access to decorate the day prior to the event but is subject to change with prior agreement and/or approval. Opulence will take care of all clean-up after the event, but the client will be responsible for removal of all table decor by the conclusion of the event. Opulence may grant clients access of one (1) hour to the venue the day after the event if previously agreed upon with prior approval.

Yes! Opulence has two options available. Couples can either utilize our Party Room or our beautiful Atrium. The Party Room will hold up to 170 guests while the Atrium can hold many more (200+) Please contact us for costs associated with the Atrium.

Opulence can accommodate up to 500 people within our main hall with the option for overflow into our Party Room which can accommodate up to 100 people.

Opulence Event Center has a state liquor license, so alcohol must be purchased through Opulence. Clients and guests are not permitted to bring in their own alcohol, but we are able to accommodate most drink requests.

Yes! Opulence Event Center is proud to provide on-site suites for wedding couples and groups.

Yes! Opulence can assist with clients’ planning needs from day-of event specialist to partial and full wedding planning. Let our team make your wedding planning as stress-free as possible!

Yes! Everything at Opulence Event Center is located on the ground level and we have handicapped-accessible parking and the entire venue and restrooms are handicapped-accessible.
